Located behind the Blue Ribbon Shopping Center in Garwood, NJ we have been serving Union County practitioners for over 24 years.

The studio was completely renovated in the fall of 2011 and offers a unique 2500 square foot traditional Yoga and Meditation Center. Customized with a floating bamboo floor, high ceilings and garden waiting room we will make your practice relaxing and enjoyable.

Early morning and evening classes are available on a variety of levels, open 6 days a week.
