Instructors

Magda E. Caraballo, is the director of Nicole's Yoga Center and a certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. 

She teaches traditional yoga practices that have an enormous appeal to students with diverse abilities, ages, and health conditions.

Recently, she completed a Cancer Survivors Teacher Training Program in New York City and plans to incorporate a class for this unique group in the near future. 

Her years of practice and study have cumulated in the wonderful opportunity to share knowledge and philosophical truths with those who seek an extraordinary method and technique to master themselves both physically and mentally.

Nicole Mode opened Nicole's Yoga Studio in 1987, and has been instructing yoga for over 50 years. She has trained all the instructors who currently teach at the studio.

Rosemarie McCabe is a yoga practitioner and certified yoga instructor. Her experience as facilitator, coach and retreat leader compliments her yoga teaching. Rosemarie is a graduate from Nicole's Yoga Center, and has been a certified Hatha yoga instructor since 1994.

Nancy Galiszewski is a registered professional nurse. She received her license from the University of New York and Kings County Hospital. She has completed advanced studies in holistic nursing, therapeutic touch and hypno-counseling. She is a certified yoga instructor and graduated from Nicole's Yoga Center in 1994. Her yoga practice is designed to reconnect innermost balance and awareness for students with diminishing memory function.

Jul McCormick is a certified and insured yoga instructor. She received her teacher certification from Nicole's Yoga Center in Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Raja and Kriya yoga. Jul has been practicing for over ten years and teaching for over five years. She is currently pursuing her 500 hour level of Yogic training. Jul teaches classes to students of all ages including infants, children, teens and adults. She truly enjoys sharing her passion for yoga with others. 

Jul has been working with children professionally for over 20 years in preschools, daycare centers, elementary schools, and private homes. She was a family childcare provider in Middlesex County for many years and is currently the Director of a recreational afterschool program for elementary school children. Jul also volunteers her time as a Girl Scout Leader within the GSUSA organization. She is certified with The Red Cross in infant, child and adult CPR, as well as community first aid.

Jul is the proud mother of a 10-year-old daughter, who also enjoys practicing yoga with her mother. Jul truly believes in the numerous benefits of practicing yoga for everyone, including her own family.
